Since 2000, EAPITALIA WORLD has provided its services to a broad range of companies, from big to small, in Italy and, since 2015, in Switzerland. Our team relies on expert consultants, lawyers, psychologists, therapists, counsellors, coaches and trainers. Each of them contributes to make the service suitable for the individual and the corporate environment.
The core business of EAPITALIA WORLD can be divided into the following areas: the employee assistance programme (PAD – EAP), support in the management of critical events and supervision of corporate restructuring.
We support individuals to empower the community, and hence the corporate values, with the overall goal of developing employee resources, increasing productivity and reducing costs arising from absenteeism and presenteeism.
